96.2.21.我在書店買了一本英文的烹飪書,R不讓我買,說我沒時間看,
也從來沒做,但我堅持買下它,因為書中有我喜歡的食譜,
96.3.3.星期六的晚上,家人各有活動外出,我獨自看新食譜,為自己做了一道California BLT's,真幸福的夜晚!
英文一直是我的最愛,但數十年來為了家庭及孩子,我沒空學,偶而看到英文食譜又頭疼,今年我要好好圓我的夢想了!
八點多J 回家,我趕緊做了一個California BLT's 加上一杯優格,J 覺得不錯,這是一份輕食,對身體的負擔不大.
如果家中沒有BLT,我用拜拜過的雞胸肉,香蕉,及有機A菜加蕃茄醬取代,效果也不錯喔!
學會電腦可以做很多很棒的事,我很happy.

Hi ma, haha i think blog is such a fun way to update our lives. If you want you can take pictures of the foods you make and post it too. Just click on the little "picture icon" when you update the journal and upload the picture from your computer. Heeh ok i'll talk to you later bye.
by the way do you know what BLT stands for? It is BACON, LETTUCE, and TOMATO. :)
